All elements, photos and/or text on the fame-paris.com website, including but not limited to the general design and the content are protected by patent, copyright, registered trademarks and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property. Unless expressly permitted by this agreement or by another agreement entered into with alicemenotfaivre.com or one of its partners, no part or element of this website or its content may be copied or retransmitted by any means.  The website, its content and all related rights will remain the exclusive property of alicemenotfaivre.com or the Licensees, unless otherwise stipulated.

You must compensate fame.paris.com, its subsidiaries, its licensees for all loss, expense, costs, damages and interests incurred as a result of your failure to comply with this agreement or the unauthorized use of the content and rights relating to it. 

 

fame-paris.com will regularly send you information about its latest news as well as information about the site that may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive this information, please return the email to the sender and your address will be deleted from the mailing list.

Rights of use:

When a user license is granted by fame-paris.com, the use of the image is specified in the invoice and it cannot be used for any other purpose without the prior authorization of fame-paris.com. The user license specifies the type of media, language, territories and duration of use allowed. A license granted by fame-paris.com does not in any way constitute a declaration of compatibility of use of this image with other content. Any misappropriation will result in the termination of the download contract and the initiation of proceedings before the competent legal bodies.

Rates:

Any user license for an image is subject to a tariff system. The cost is based on the defined use of the image. It is calculated using criteria such as the number of copies, the type of support, the size of the reproduction, the territories it will be used in and if the requested use is exclusive or not. Fame-paris.com calculates the cost based on the information provided by the licensee. False information could lead to an additional cost outside the established contract and could even lead to the termination of the contract.

Credits:

Every time a licensed photograph is published, the name fame-paris.com must be credited for any reproduction of the work. The credit must contain “fame-paris.com. The preferred location for the credit is at the site of the image or in the acknowledgments and photo credits section. For all advertising or commercial use, we ask that the licensee do their best to ensure the credit appears. 

 

 

Published images:

fame-paris.com asks to receive at least two copies of any publication where an image is reproduced. 

 

Disagreements and complaints

The users of this website accept that the above terms and conditions come from the article of the French commercial and intellectual property code and agree to abide by them. Any objection must be put in writing within 10 days. The present contract will be interpreted according to French law for contracts entered into and executed in France. In the event of a dispute regarding the present contract or its non-execution. In the event of disputes or litigation arising from this contract or the failure to execute any portion thereof, parties shall have recourse to the Paris court with jurisdiction.
